Job Description

  • Manage job postings across various platforms (social media, walk-in, referrals).
  • Screen applications, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate and assist outlet managers with interview arrangements.
  • Prepare offer letters, employment forms, and onboarding documents.
  • Maintain and update recruitment tracking sheets and staff databases.
  • Support the HR team in manpower planning and forecasting for outlets.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment drives, career fairs, and walk-in interview sessions.
  • Ensure timely replacement of staff to maintain outlet manpower levels.
  • Liaise with Operations team regarding new joiners and resignations.
  • Maintain confidential HR files and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Any Ad-hoc task from superior.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR administration (retail industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and HR systems.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for people and teamwork.
