Responsible for various day-to-day HR Center of Excellance operations
HR C&B Partner to employees and department stakeholders for HR issue resolution and C&B initiatives.
Attend to employees HR-related enquiries relative to standard HR policies through HR supporting channels such as face-to-face interaction, emails & HR Helpdesk platform.
End-to-end administration of employee job movement & compensation package calibration
Leave & Medical Benefits Management
Expatriate contract renewal administration
Analyze trends and data reporting to develop solutions & policies for HR continuous improvements
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit management
Maintenance of company personnel files (P-files) and records
Provide administrative support for HR automation projects
Participate and/or support other ad-hoc tasks/projects upon request.
Preferably HR or Psychology diploma/degree holder, Business course students are also acceptable
2-5 years relavent experienced prefered, although fresh graduates are also welcomed. Job title offered will be based on relavent experience.
