Job Description:

i - Assist in day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

ii - Learning and supporting employee engagement and branding activities.

iii - Assist in updating our company data with new staff information like personal details and employment related documents.

iv - Supporting the management of handling disciplinary and grievance issues.

v - Assist in maintaining employee records (attendance, punctuality etc) according to policy.

Job Requirement:

i - Currently pursuing a Diploma/bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or related field.

ii - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).

iii - Strong written and verbal communication skills.

iv - Good hands-on skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

v - Able to work collaboratively with others.

vi - Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, and eager to learn.
