Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR functions in the Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, with the ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies that support our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance and provide guidance for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle employee relations issues and mediate conflicts as necessary.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
