Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring fair and consistent application across the organization.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans, to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to support the company&aposs strategic goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma and above
  • Required skills: HR Management, Recruiting, Performance Management, HR Policies, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Language required: English & Mandarin
  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews for entry-level positions.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and benefits enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee development plans.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including addressing employee grievances and providing support to employees.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives.
