Human Resource, Senior Executive C&B

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support and manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B), Performance Management, HR Analytics, and HR Systems. The role is responsible for administering employee benefits, salary benchmarking, performance appraisal processes, HR policy management, and supporting HR system enhancements and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Compensation & Benefits administration, including salary reviews, bonus exercises, and employee benefits programs.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys, and reward analytics to support competitive compensation strategies.
• Review, update, and maintain HR policies and Employee Handbook to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and support the annual performance appraisal cycle and maintain employee performance records.
• Administer and support the Performance Management System, including system enhancements, troubleshooting, testing, and vendor coordination.
• Support system upgrades, UAT, data validation, and post-implementation reviews in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and recommendations for Management.
• Participate in HR projects, audits, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, HR Analytics, and HRIS support.
• Experience in system implementation, upgrades, migration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Exposure to working with IT teams and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems, compensation practices, and performance management processes.
• Experience in the financial services industry is an added advantage.
