Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist on staff recruitment including advertisement, sourcing for candidates, arranging interview, formalization of appointment
  • Assist in Payroll department
  • Maintain employee discipline and harmony, handle employee relations issues
  • Provide general and operational administrative support by attending to the administrative needs of the office and staff.

Job Requirements

  • Can Speak Mandarin Read Mandarin (HR/ Assistant)
  • Possess Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management/Social Sciences/Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • At least 1 years of relevant working experience preferably.
  • However fresh graduate with excellent education result are also encourage to apply.
  • PC literate and well versed with Microsoft Office applications and payroll system.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of people.
  • Familiar with Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
