Perform end-to-end recruitment functions from sourcing, shortlisting, interview arrangement, conducting interviews, making job offers to support manpower requisition.
Plan and arrange to participate in career fairs.
Liaise with third parties and work on placing job advertisements at job portals and career websites to promote job vacancies.
Provide advice to employees on HR-related policies and procedures.
Other human resource related activities such as coordinating payroll, updating of employment data and employment pass application
Job Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent
Possess good English writing skills as well as good communication and interpersonal skills
