Role Description:

This is a full-time role as Human Resource & Talent Development Executive, based in Ampang. The role is responsible for supporting the College's human resource functions and driving talent development initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, staff training, and employee engagement. The Executive will work closely with management to support workforce planning, staff development, and HR best practices in line with the College's strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;

* At least 1-3 years of working experience in Human Resource (HR), Talent Development, or related roles (experience in education sector is an added advantage);

* Knowledge of recruitment, training and development, performance management, and HR operations;

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills;

* Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute training programmes, workshops, or staff development initiatives;

* Familiar with Malaysian labour laws, HR policies, and basic HR compliance;

* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently;

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems - exposure in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is an added advantage.
