Role & Contributions

Talent Acquisition & Resource Support

  • Support workforce planning and assist in recruitment activities
  • Help with resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication

Onboarding & Employee Integration

  • Assist in onboarding processes and facilitate orientation for new team members
  • Track attendance and contribute to employee development programs

Payroll & HR Operations

  • Assist with monthly payroll preparation and routine HR documentation
  • Help maintain up-to-date HR policies and ensure compliance with internal standards

Office & Facility Management

  • Contribute to daily office operations and ensure a well-maintained workspace
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor communications, and housekeeping oversight

Who We're Looking For

We Welcome Passionate, Responsible, And Eager-to-learn Individuals Who Are

  • A current student of Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and professional in handling confidential information
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
