Job Summary
The HR Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by ensuring efficient administrative processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and HR initiatives. This role plays a key part in supporting HR operations and delivering a smooth employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily HR operations.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
- Assist in recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews, preparing interview documentation, and candidate communication.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including preparation of HR documents and employee files.
- Coordinate internship programs and assist with related administrative tasks.
- Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation when required.
- Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring employee data and records are accurate and up to date.
- Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement, employer branding, and internal events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
- Handle general HR inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities.
- Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
