Job Summary

The HR Administrator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by ensuring efficient administrative processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment and HR initiatives. This role plays a key part in supporting HR operations and delivering a smooth employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team in daily HR operations.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
  • Assist in recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews, preparing interview documentation, and candidate communication.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including preparation of HR documents and employee files.
  • Coordinate internship programs and assist with related administrative tasks.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation when required.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring employee data and records are accurate and up to date.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives such as employee engagement, employer branding, and internal events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.
  • Handle general HR inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
  • Fresh graduates with internship experience in HR are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities.
  • Familiarity with HR systems or HRIS tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
