Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Assistant will support daily HR functions, including assisting in HR management activities, administering benefits, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and organizing employee training programs. Additionally, the role involves addressing employee inquiries, maintaining reports and documentation, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Experience with HR Management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes
  • Experience in successfully coordinating and managing employee Training initiatives
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HR policies and labor regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; additional HR software knowledge is advantageous
