Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Shah Alam for a Human Resources Assistant Intern. The intern will assist in a variety of HR functions, including managing HR processes, maintaining Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), assisting in benefits administration, and supporting training initiatives within the organization. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of Human Resources (HR) functions and processes
  • Familiarity with HR Management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Benefits Administration processes
  • Interest or experience in supporting Training and professional development programs
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office tools
  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree/diploma program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
