Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for recruitment activities across selected stages of the hiring process
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases and candidate records accurately
- Support CV management, interview scheduling and documentation preparation
- Assist with offer documentation and filing
- Coordinate internal communications related to recruitment progress and updates
- Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with internal processes
- Support ad-hoc HR and recruitment administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in HR administration or recruitment support is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Able to manage routine tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Salary Range
RM1,800 - RM2,200
