Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support for recruitment activities across selected stages of the hiring process
  2. Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases and candidate records accurately
  3. Support CV management, interview scheduling and documentation preparation
  4. Assist with offer documentation and filing
  5. Coordinate internal communications related to recruitment progress and updates
  6. Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with internal processes
  7. Support ad-hoc HR and recruitment administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in HR administration or recruitment support is an added advantage
  3. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  4. Able to manage routine tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary Range

RM1,800 - RM2,200
