We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. This is a strategic and hands-on generalist role, responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive people initiatives that support operational goals and a high-performance culture.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees alike, ensuring that HR strategies align with business priorities while maintaining compliance, engagement, and talent excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to plant and functional leadership teams on all HR matters.
- Drive and implement HR initiatives in areas such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and succession planning.
- Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management projects.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, performance, and development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety, and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the wider HR team (C&B, L&D, Talent Acquisition) to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform people and business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
