Role Overview

As a HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, translating business priorities into effective people strategies. You will drive workforce effectiveness, talent outcomes, and culture, while navigating a dynamic manufacturing environment and collaborating closely with Centre of Excellence and HR Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with assigned business units to align people strategies with business goals, leveraging HR Excellence, HR Shared Services, and Local HR support.
  • Provide proactive, practical HR advisory to leaders on organization design, workforce planning, talent movement, and employee relations.
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning to identify gaps, risks, and development priorities.
  • Lead change adoption and business consultations for HR policies, programs, processes, and systems.
  • Advise on role design, restructuring, and manpower planning to support organizational effectiveness.
  • Support hiring managers on requisition planning, candidate assessment, and behavioral and culture-fit interviewing.
  • Guide leaders on KPI alignment, performance management, and calibration to ensure fairness and consistency.
  • Coach leaders on employee dialogue, disciplinary processes, and industrial relations matters.
  • Champion a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and best HR practices.
  • Build strong partnerships across functions and influence stakeholders in a complex organizational environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at managerial and executive levels.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices and labor legislation across the employee lifecycle, including talent management, performance management, organization design, rewards, and industrial relations.
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and drive outcomes through collaboration.
