HRnetGroup is a recruitment group listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Malaysia office and partner closely with our business leaders to build talent pipelines, strengthen culture and drive performance. This is a hands-on role with regional exposure and end-to-end HR ownership.
Responsibilities
- Culture & Values Leadership: Partner business leaders to strengthen a high-performance culture and embed HRnetGroup's core values across the Malaysia office.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Drive end-to-end hiring strategy and execution, assessment centres, offer management, and talent pipeline management.
- Employer Relations & Employee Engagement: Act as a trusted partner to leaders and employees—manage employee relations matters, engagement initiatives, and support a positive & high-trust workplace.
- Performance, Development & Career Progression: Support the leaders in performance management cycles (confirmation, promotions, periodic reviews) and work with leaders on capability building & talent development
- HR Operations, Governance & Projects: Oversee core HR operations, ensure compliance with Malaysia employment laws and HR policies, and co-drive HR projects (process improvements, SOPs, orientation programs, company events).
Qualifications
- 3+ years in HR with strong talent acquisition experience (end-to-end hiring, offer management, onboarding; leadership hiring is a plus)
- Experienced in stakeholder management/communication, and comfortable being hands-on with HR operations.
- Proactive, strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as HR Specialist
