Act as the primary HRBP for designated business units, building strong relationships with managers and employees.
Lead and manage Industrial Relations (IR) matters including disciplinary cases, grievances, performance management, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
Provide expert advice on employment laws, HR policies, and best practices to management and employees.
Support employee engagement initiatives and act as a mediator to resolve workplace conflicts.
Draft, review, and translate HR documentation (e.g., policies, contracts, notices) in both English and Japanese where required.
Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent management.
Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions.
Monitor HR metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies, and collective agreements.
