Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the management of the business department from an HR perspective.
  • Establish the human resource management system for the respective business department.
  • Provide feedback on the implementation effectiveness of HR policies, HR projects, and HR processes to HR experts and the HR shared services center.
  • Coordinate in employee relations and investigate training needs.
  • Develop and implement the annual HR work plan for the business department.
  • Operate HR strategies and execution plan suitable for the business department.
  • Participate in the development of leadership and talent development pathways in the business department.
  • Support corporate culture change and participate in change initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree or higher, preferably in a human resources-related field.
  • More than 3 years of HRBP experience, preferably with a background in HRBP roles in large internet companies.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, approachability, and learning ability.
