Role Summary
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) ER & Performance Management is responsible for partnering with business leaders to drive a fair, compliant, and high-performance work environment. This role focuses on employee relations, performance management systems, and manager capability building, ensuring HR policies and practices support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Relations (ER)
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, labor laws, and company procedures.
- Advise managers on ER risks, case handling, and best practices.
- Manage complex ER cases independently and escalate when required.
- Maintain ER documentation and ensure audit readiness.
Performance Management
- Drive the annual performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end evaluations).
- Coach managers on performance conversations, feedback delivery, and improvement plans.
- Support the design and rollout of performance frameworks, KPIs, and rating calibrations.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders.
Business Partnering
- Partner with line managers to understand business needs and translate them into people solutions.
- Support organizational changes, restructures, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Promote a positive employee experience and engagement culture.
Compliance & Policy
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Support policy development, updates, and communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in plant / manufacturing is a must
- 815 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to employee relations and performance management.
- Solid understanding of labor laws and ER best practices.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
- Experience in manufacturing / operations / large workforce environments is a plus.

2. HR Generalist (HRG) Strong in Talent Acquisition & Blue-Collar Recruitment
Role Summary
The HR Generalist (HRG) is a hands-on role supporting end-to-end HR operations, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, particularly blue-collar / frontline workforce recruitment. This role ensures timely hiring, smooth onboarding, and effective HR support for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, frontline, and operational roles (e.g. factory workers, technicians, drivers, warehouse staff).
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, walk-ins, job fairs, and local labor channels.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offer issuance, and pre-employment checks.
- Support mass hiring and seasonal recruitment activities.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and system setup.
- Ensure smooth joining experience for new hires.
- Handle offboarding processes and exit documentation.
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records, HR systems, and personnel files.
- Support attendance, leave administration, and basic payroll coordination.
- Assist with HR reporting and data tracking.
Employee Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Support basic employee relations issues and escalate complex cases to HRBP/HR Manager.
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
Compliance
- Ensure recruitment and HR processes comply with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Support audits and documentation requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in plant / manufacturing is a must
- 612 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on recruitment exposure.
- Proven experience in blue-collar / frontline hiring is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with local labor market, sourcing channels, and recruitment agencies.
- Strong coordination skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be operational and hands-on.
