Key Responsibilities:
People Strategy & Advisory
- Strategic HR partnership ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Consistent HR policy application to support fairness and compliance.
- Day-to-day HR generalist partnering and experience in the implementation of strategic people initiatives
Leadership Support & Performance Culture
- Coaching leaders to improve team effectiveness.
- Supporting workforce planning and career development.
Employee Lifecycle & Case Management
- Providing HR guidance through the employee lifecycle.
- Managing employee relations matters.
- Supporting organisational design changes.
Talent Acquisition & People Operations
- Partnering with hiring managers to secure suitable talent.
- Collaborating with shared services and payroll for compliant operations.
Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Reviewing people metrics to drive insights.
- Contributing to future HR priorities and process enhancements.
Requirements:
- A degree in HR/Business or equivalent
- At least 5 years of HR generalist function and strong business partnering experience
- Strong knowledge of regional labour laws across SEA
- Experience in trading, sales or support business
- Regional experience in a multinational setup is a must
- Someone self-sufficient, able to work independently and come up with solutions
