Ultimately, your roles and responsibilities will consist of the below but not limited to:
- Assist in organizing training, events, and engagement programs.
- Support on the preparation of presentation slides , posters, videos for event and announcements/ as well internal communications.
- Support on Mobility services (inbound and outbound) and expat management activities as assigned
- Administer health and welfare plans, including enrolments, changes and terminations.
- Support onboarding activities and orientation for new hires.
- Handling purchase and financial documents such as quotations, invoices, payment vouchers for payment process.
- Support on HR Portal Management, Updates & Maintenance.
- Upkeeping of HR Sharepoint, shared drive and other relevant platform.
- Coordinate with government agencies and support on communication with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Manage data entry in multiple systems with high accuracy and on timely manner.
- Support on Report deliveries.
- Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Support the overall HR operations and administration including in any ad-hoc HR activities as assigned.
Requirement
- Degree in Human Resource, Mass Comm, IT and other relevant field.
- 1 year of HR or related experience (fresh grads with internship experience welcome).
- Ability to design posters, infographics, or short videos using Canva would be an added advantage.
- Good organizational and time management skills to provide quality deliverable within deadline.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to communicate effectively and creatively through speaking and writing, primarily in English.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in HR field.
- Fast learner and able to work with minimal guidance and as part of the team in fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Upholding company values and code of conduct and maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to build relationship and collaborate.
