We are seeking a motivated HR professional to support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertising, candidate engagement, interview coordination and pre-employment documentation. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records and supporting hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage staff recruitment and appointment as per relevant procedures and processes.
- Provide advice and support to hiring managers to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of recruitment process.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date recruitment register/headcount and repository of resumes.
- Execute the advertising of vacancies through appropriate advertisement channels in timely manner to support effective recruitment activities.
- Facilitate the collection of all relevant pre-employment documentation in a timely manner for efficient and seamless processing by other HR sub-units.
- Manage and maintain of all relevant pre-employment records in softcopy format, including personal details, interview evaluation reports and other relevant documentation.
- Provide effective candidate engagement for smooth recruitment experience for candidates.
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
