Job Description :
- Employee Relations and Development:
Foster positive employee relations and implement development programs.- Design initiatives to support the integration of international employees.
HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements.
Stay updated on immigration laws and ensure compliance in the hiring process.- Visa Application Management:
Handle the end-to-end visa application process for foreign workers.
- Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and legal professionals.
Recruitment- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for foreign workers, including sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
Stay abreast of immigration laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all stages of the hiring process.
Oversee office operations and documentation including handling supplies and vendor relationships.- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for international employees.
Job Requirements:- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Possess 1-2 years working experience in a related field.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Familiar with Malaysia labor act, regulations, and compliance.- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, Malay & Chinese.
