Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, manage employee relations, develop and implement HR policies, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment efforts, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
- Experience in Employee Relations and handling workplace issues effectively
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance with employment regulations
- Strong understanding of general Human Resources (HR) practices and procedures
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site setting
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Experience in Co-Living or property management industries is a plus
