- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave administration, overtime, and statutory submissions.
- Support performance management activities, including probation reviews and annual performance appraisals.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is updated and compliant.
- Administer employee lifecycle activities, including confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and exit clearance.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
- Support employee relations by addressing HR inquiries, handling disciplinary matters, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Organize employee training, development programmes, and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist with HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR generalist experience.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll administration, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English (Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with stakeholders).
