Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Johor Bahru. The Human Resources Executive will manage HR operations, maintain employee relations, implement HR policies, and oversee day-to-day HR management. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company standards and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
• Experience in Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws is an advantage
