Execute and administer Compensation & Benefits (C&B) matters in accordance with company HR policies and practices.
Analyze the overall compensation and benefits framework, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Respond to employees enquiries regarding company benefits, policies, procedures, and other HR-related matters.
Compile and analyze market survey data; liaise and network with HR practitioners from benchmark companies for best practices.
Provide input and advice in resolving compensation policy issues in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support the development of compensation strategies, reward, and recognition programs aligned with business needs to attract and retain talent.
Align employees within the company's compensation structure to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Administer corporate benefit programs including medical coverage (basic and major), dental, group life insurance, health and accident insurance, and other related benefits.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Social Science, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
15 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources, preferably in Compensation & Benefits or HR Planning.
Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Law and HR best practices.
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
Analytical, detail-oriented, highly numerate, and proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
