Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources functions which includes recruitment, payroll administration, training and compensation & benefit and other HR related matters
Ensure the Human Resource practices are in compliance with regulatory requirement and company policies.
Coordinate the quarterly performance appraisal
Ensure compliance to HR ISO and maintain ISO documentations
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in any discipline with a Diploma/Certificate in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
Computer literate and comfortable with HR systems.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
