JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To execute the full employment lifecycle which includes but not limited to talent sourcing, assessment, selection, candidate interview, reference checking, onboarding and exit proceedings for all range of employees including permanent, contract and intern hirings.
- To develop and maintain resourcefulness and effective sourcing strategies to meet manpower needs.
- To work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies with business objectives, and ensure a seamless recruitment process
- To assist in ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements in the recruitment area.
- To prepare HR periodical and ad hoc reports related to recruitment.
- To conduct orientation training for new joiners and assist in coordination of on boarding kit such as identification of workstation allocation, stationery preparation, creating of staff profile via HR system, access card activation and office familiarization
- To cover other human resource functions which includes but not limited to compensation & benefits, performance appraisals, training & development, & human resource administration as per required.
- To support other activities which may be assigned by superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative/ Professional Certificate or any equivalent field.
- Preferrable with 3 years in related working experience.
- Good interpersonal, organizational, administrative writing, reporting and scheduling skills.
- Good written and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
