Summary of the role
You'll support Plant HRBP by owning the HR ops portfolio, covering facilities/ vendor coordination under HR, contract and foreign worker processes (including permits), training operations and onboarding coordination, and acting as Audit PIC to keep the site compliant and audit-ready.
What you'll be doing
- Facilities & vendor coordination: manage day-to-day employee service facilities matters, vendor schedules/ SLA follow-up, issue closure tracking, and basic cost tracking.
- Contract & foreign worker operations: run documentation-heavy end-to-end workflows, maintain trackers (headcount, renewals/ expiry), and coordinate mobilization/ site readiness with Ops/ Security/ Finance/ medical providers as needed.
- Work permit coordination: manage new/ renewal/ transfer/ cancellation processes with agencies/ authorities, track timelines, flag risks early, and keep records audit-ready.
- Training, onboarding & audits: coordinate training logistics/ records and new hire onboarding readiness, and serve as Audit PIC to prepare evidence, support site readiness, and close findings fast.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Operations Management or related.
- At least 3 years of experience in plant HR operations/ workforce admin, ideally covering contract + foreign worker coordination and operational HR execution.
- Strong documentation discipline and comfort supporting audits (evidence prep, record control, corrective action tracking).
- Plant-based, with occasional extended hours during audits/ urgent workforce matters.
