  • Coordinate and support the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Prepare employment contracts and facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing of contracts, leave records, and HR-related documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and ensure timely processing of salaries.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including medical, insurance, and leave entitlements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Support initiatives to promote a positive work environment and company culture.
  • Address employee inquiries, grievances, and provide support in conflict resolution when needed.
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal process and maintain related records.
  • Track probation evaluations and support managers in performance discussions.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as staff turnover, absenteeism, and training hours.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support HR planning and strategy.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative and/or HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
