Xsolla Curine Academy is Malaysia's leading future-tech and game development education hub. Based in Petaling Jaya, we operate a vibrant 15,000 sqft campus offering immersive training programs, industry-driven events, and a talent-driven ecosystem that empowers the digital creative economy.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and organized HR & Facilities Executive to support our people operations, campus administration, and event coordination. This is a full-time on-site role ideal for someone early in their career, eager to grow in human resources and operational management within a creative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources & Admin
  • Maintain employee records, track leave, and assist with payroll data.
  • Support hiring and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Prepare HR letters, update HR policies, and maintain internal SOPs.
  • Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and training sessions.
Facilities & Office Management
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the campus (cleanliness, maintenance, supplies).
  • Liaise with building management and vendors for repairs, servicing, etc.
  • Maintain inventory of office and pantry supplies.
  • Monitor equipment and support staff needs for workspace readiness.
Event & Program Support
  • Assist with campus setup and logistics for classes, workshops, and industry events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors during event preparation.
  • Be available for occasional after-hours or weekend campus events (with off-day replacement if applicable).

  • Requirements:
    • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field.
    • 13 years of working experience in HR, admin, or facilities-related roles.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
    • Interest in the education, tech, or creative industry is a plus.
