We are a fastgrowing EOR and outsourcing solutions provider supporting regional and global clients in managing their workforce with flexibility and compliance. Our services cover endtoend HR operations, payroll, employee lifecycle management, and talent solutions across multiple countries. We are expanding and looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting daytoday HR operations for our internal teams and outsourced employees. You will work closely with the HR Payroll Manager to ensure smooth payroll processes, HR compliance, employee lifecycle management, and client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle onboarding, employee records, HR documentation, and offboarding
  • Support monthly payroll inputs, validation, and coordination with vendors
  • Act as first contact for employee queries and assist in employee relations
  • Support recruitment activities and onboarding processes
  • Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with local labour laws

Requirements

  • 56 years HR Generalist experience, ideally in EOR/outsourcing/shared services
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and payroll
  • Detailoriented with good communication and stakeholder skills
  • Able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
