Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on the scopes within HRIS function such as workbooks, UAT testing, simulation testing, data migration, strategic planning, change management and error log analysis
  • Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS including installation, customization, development, maintenance and upgrade to applications, systems and modules
  • Recommend effective processes or improvement on systems to increase efficiency in HR management
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting and training to HRIS users
  • Manage permissions, access, personalization and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
  • At least 1 year working experiences as an HRIS Analyst or similar role
  • Prior experiences in Microsoft 365 shall be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate, provide technical support and train HRIS users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
  • Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
  • Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
