Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on the scopes within HRIS function such as workbooks, UAT testing, simulation testing, data migration, strategic planning, change management and error log analysis
- Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS including installation, customization, development, maintenance and upgrade to applications, systems and modules
- Recommend effective processes or improvement on systems to increase efficiency in HR management
- Provides technical support, troubleshooting and training to HRIS users
- Manage permissions, access, personalization and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
- Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
- Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 1 year working experiences as an HRIS Analyst or similar role
- Prior experiences in Microsoft 365 shall be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate, provide technical support and train HRIS users
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS and HR performance metrics
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in HRIS Analysis
- Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
