Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting, configuring, and enhancing multiple Workday modules, including HCM, Absence, Recruitment, and Reporting. You will work closely with HR, HRIS, and business stakeholders to ensure system accuracy, process efficiency, and continuous improvement across Workday functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and maintain Workday functional modules, including HCM, Absence, Recruitment, and Reporting.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
  • Configure and enhance business processes, validations, and notifications within Workday.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Perform system testing, including unit testing and regression testing during Workday releases.
  • Support Workday releases by reviewing functional changes and assessing system impact.
  • Develop and maintain functional documentation, user guides, and process flows.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, IT, and vendors to support system enhancements and integrations (where applicable).
  • Provide functional support and guidance to HR and end users.
