Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day operations. As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, and HR administration. This internship offers hands-on experience and exposure to key HR processes in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documents and organizing orientation sessions.

Employee Records & HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
  • Assist with preparing and organizing HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and training materials.
  • Help with the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Training & Development:

  • Assist in organizing training sessions and employee workshops.

Employee Engagement & Communication:

  • Support the coordination of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help with internal communications and employee surveys.
  • Assist with recognition programs and employee welfare initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Assist in ensuring that HR practices are compliant with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and assist with HR-related reports and presentations.

General HR Support:

  • Provide administrative support to HR team members.
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and assist in resolving employee-related issues.
  • Support various HR-related projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
