Job responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

  • Drive the Candidate Experience: Support the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring all recruitment documents are accurate and complete.
  • Welcome New Joiners: Assist in organizing and executing the onboarding program, creating a memorable and seamless experience for new hires.
  • Expand Our Reach: Participate in engagement activities, including career fairs and university career talks, showcasing AstraZeneca Malaysia as an employer of choice.
  • Showcase Creativity: Collaborate in preparing engaging and impactful content for social media platforms to attract top talent and enhance employer branding.

Learning Operations

  • Enhance Employee's Learning Experiences: Coordinate training sessions, maintain the learning calendar, and manage logistics such as room bookings and lunch arrangements, ensuring all programs run smoothly.
  • Transform Learning into an Experience: Coordinate training sessions, managing the learning calendar, and ensuring flawless logistics like venue bookings and catered arrangements.
  • Cross functional working by collaborating with department admins to handle HRDC submissions, enabling employees to upskill with ease and efficiency.
  • Participate in ad hoc HR Projects: Support our Graduate Trainee Program or lead any process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.
