Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday
Lunch Hour: 12.00-1.30pm

Salary: RM 1,000 RM 1,200
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various career platforms.
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including calendar invitations and communication with candidates.
2. Employee Records Management:
- Assist in maintaining and updating both physical and digital employee files.
- Ensure all personnel documents (contracts, ID copies, tax forms) are complete and compliant with data privacy regulations.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and induction materials.
- Handle offboarding documentation and exit interview coordination.
3. Employee Engagement & Team Building:
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events.
- Help coordinate logistics for staff gatherings, including venue booking, catering, and material preparation.
- Support internal communication efforts to promote events and activities.
- Gather feedback from employees to help improve future engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
