Job Description

Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

Lunch Hour: 12.00-1.30pm

Working Location: Kota Kemuning

Salary: RM 1,000 RM 1,200

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various career platforms.
  • Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including calendar invitations and communication with candidates.

2. Employee Records Management:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating both physical and digital employee files.
  • Ensure all personnel documents (contracts, ID copies, tax forms) are complete and compliant with data privacy regulations.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and induction materials.
  • Handle offboarding documentation and exit interview coordination.

3. Employee Engagement & Team Building:

  • Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and team-building events.
  • Help coordinate logistics for staff gatherings, including venue booking, catering, and material preparation.
  • Support internal communication efforts to promote events and activities.
  • Gather feedback from employees to help improve future engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Immediate Joiner are welcome to apply
  • Good in communicate in Mandarin Speaking is an added advantage
  • Open for Local Malaysian Only
