Responsibilities:
To assist HR Department in all HR related tasks:
- Assist in the compnay event planning/execution and support during the event.
- Assisting with the coordination and organization of interviews.
- Managing and posting HR-related communications on social media platforms.
- Preparing materials and communications for new hire orientation.
- Conducting market research and surveys on employee benefits.
- Supporting the planning and execution of company events and activities.
- Drafting email communications and creating presentations for HR-related talks.
- Organizing and maintaining HR-related documentation and files.
- Contributing to other ad-hoc HR projects or tasks as required.
Requirement:
- Final year student who's currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration/Psychology with accredited university/college.
- Internship must be part of University/College's academic requirement.
- Must have strong passion in HR, willing to learn, resourceful and able to solve problems independently.
- Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Excellent writing skills and meticulous.
