Human Resources Intern

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our Human Resources Team, with a primary focus on employee engagement. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various initiatives such as organizing team-building activities, surveys and engagement programs.

Additionally, you will gain exposure to other core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and training & development, providing you with a well rounded understanding of HR practices.

What you'll Be Doing:

Employee Engagement Operational Tasks:

• Track attendance for events conducted
• Responsible for birthday pack distribution
• Update EE Calendar
• Assist in end-to-end event management (drafting proposal, event planning, vendor comparison, etc)
• Identify areas of improvement for events and update the Post-mortem file whenever necessary

Comms / Poster Drafting

• Public Holiday
• EE Event Announcements
• Event Recap
• HR Newsletter

Photo & Video Management

• 1Take photos & videos in all events

Other Operational Tasks

• Updating Movement Tracker
• Drafting Movement Letter for Review

Internship Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a CGPA of 3.30 and above.
• Proficient in writing and communicating in English.
• Required skill(s): Good coordination skills, project management, excellent interpersonal skills, and positive learning attitude with a continuous improvement mindset and proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
• Duration of internship: Minimum of 6 months, preferably able to start in April 2025.
