  • 3 to 6 months of internship period

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the HR team in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance management, HR administration, and office operations. This is a great opportunity to learn about HR best practices and contribute to a dynamic, multi-country organization.

Role and responsibilities

Recruitment Support

a. Assist in job postings and scheduling interviews

b. Support coordination with hiring managers and recruitment vendors

Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations

a. Help with onboarding and offboarding processes

b. Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases

Performance Management

a. Assist in preparation and coordination of performance review cycles

HR Administration & Office Support

a. Assist with general administration tasks, such as liaising with vendors, coordinating office supplies, and pantry

b. Assist with ad-hoc projects as required by the HR team

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
