Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations and initiatives in a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening applications, and arranging interviews, as well as maintaining employee records and HR documentation. The intern will help administer HR policies, support onboarding processes, and assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions. The role also involves coordinating employee benefits documentation, preparing basic HR reports, and providing general administrative support to the HR team. This position offers exposure to a dynamic beauty brand environment and opportunities to learn about HR practices in a fast-growing company.
Qualifications
  • Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing a career in HR.
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to support compliant and consistent HR practices.
  • Basic skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Malay or other languages commonly used in Malaysia is beneficial.
