Role Overview
Join our Talent Acquisition team as an HR Intern and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and talent sourcing within the renewable energy industry. This internship offers practical exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and hiring support.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Support the recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Assist in maintaining candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Support employer branding initiatives including LinkedIn postings and job advertisements
- Conduct basic candidate research and talent mapping for key roles
Recruitment Operations
- Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment trackers and databases
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and hiring metrics
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires
HR Support
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
- Support HR documentation and administrative tasks when required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, and employer branding
