Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Intern role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Human Resources Intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, and coordinating candidate communication. The role involves helping maintain employee records, preparing HR documentation, and supporting the onboarding process for new team members. The intern will assist in organizing training sessions, staff engagement activities, and HR initiatives that strengthen a positive workplace culture. Additional responsibilities may include supporting benefits administration, helping ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and interest in developing a career in HR.
  • Understanding or coursework related to HR Management and Personnel Management.
  • Basic familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits, or willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and respectful approach to confidential information.
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with digital tools.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur and collaborate in a diverse, patient-focused healthcare environment.
