Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in payroll preparation, including the compilation of attendance, overtime, and leave records
  • Support payroll verification processes to ensure accuracy prior to processing
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Manage employee personal files, ensuring proper documentation and systematic filing
  • Assist in preparing and issuing HR-related letters (e.g., confirmation, transfer, and other official correspondence)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination
  • Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team in daily operations
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of employee information
  • Support ad-hoc HR tasks and assignments as required

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of payroll and HR functions will be an added advantage
  • Available for a minimum internship duration of 6 months
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
