Key Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll preparation, including the compilation of attendance, overtime, and leave records
- Support payroll verification processes to ensure accuracy prior to processing
- Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Manage employee personal files, ensuring proper documentation and systematic filing
- Assist in preparing and issuing HR-related letters (e.g., confirmation, transfer, and other official correspondence)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and coordination
- Monitor and maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team in daily operations
- Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of employee information
- Support ad-hoc HR tasks and assignments as required
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic understanding of payroll and HR functions will be an added advantage
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 6 months
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Good communication and teamwork skills
