Responsibilities:
During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:
- Support HR team in daily operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and record keeping.
- Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support in implementing and monitoring HR processes and policies in compliance with local regulations and company guidelines.
- Supports the Regional HR team on initiatives and projects/activities.
- Coordinate intern programs and support training initiatives.
- Assist in system administration tasks such as user account management.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Provide data analysis and reports.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Requirements:
- Candidates with Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Requirements with minimum 4 months period of internship.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills, Result oriented, decision-making competence, aptitude for planning and organization, communication skills, team player, interpersonal skill.
- Possess strong honesty, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Puchong.
